Cashless settlement
In order to guarantee your reservation we kindly ask you to make down payment for the first night staying. The payment is due not later, than 3 days prior arrival. For reservations made on special offer non-refundable the payment is due within 3 (three) days.
The cancellation of the reservation free of charge can be made not later then 3 days prior to the arrival date. In case of late reservation or no-show one night cost will be charged.
Extra costs for foreign guests (if stay less than 3 nights):
Registration service - 200 rubles
